WES FIT Training LLC (USA)

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with United States law.

1. Services

WES FIT Training LLC provides:

  • Online fitness coaching programs

  • In-person personal training sessions

  • Digital products including e-books and downloadable content

All services and content are provided “as is” and for educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or purchase any products or services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer (US Standard)

WES FIT Training LLC is not a medical provider. Nothing on this website or in our services constitutes medical advice.

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and agree that you voluntarily participate at your own risk. You are solely responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any program.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By purchasing or participating in any program (online or in person), you agree to:

  • Assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages

  • Release, waive, and discharge WES FIT Training LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability arising from participation

This applies to online coaching, in-person training, and digital products.

5. Online Coaching Disclaimer

Online coaching is delivered remotely and depends on client-provided information. WES FIT Training LLC is not responsible for:

  • Improper exercise execution

  • Misuse of information

  • Unsafe training environments

You assume full responsibility for your actions.

6. In-Person Training

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions or injuries. Failure to do so releases WES FIT Training LLC from liability.

​

7. Digital Products & E-Books (US Consumer Standard)

  • All digital products are final sale

  • No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks once access is delivered

  • Content is for personal use only

Unauthorized sharing or resale is prohibited.

8. Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store payment details.

9. Refund Policy

  • Digital products: Non-refundable

  • Online coaching: Refunds only if explicitly stated in writing

  • In-person training: Subject to separate cancellation policy

No refunds for lack of results or non-participation.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, programs, videos, text, branding, and digital products are the exclusive intellectual property of WES FIT Training LLC and protected under U.S. Copyright Law.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share or resell digital products

  • Use content for commercial purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Violation may result in termination without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under U.S. law, WES FIT Training LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WES FIT Training LLC from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of services or breach of these Terms.

14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (Highly Recommended – US)

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.

You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against WES FIT Training LLC.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the  U.S. state of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law rules.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of changes.
