Refund Policy

WES FIT Training LLC (USA)

Effective Date: 12/28/2025

At WES FIT Training LLC, all sales are subject to the following refund policy. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products & E-Books

All digital products, including but not limited to e-books, downloadable files, and digital programs, are FINAL SALE.

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No cancellations

  • No chargebacks

Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, the sale is considered complete.

2. Online Coaching Programs

Refunds for online coaching services are not guaranteed and will be issued only if explicitly stated in writing prior to purchase.

  • No refunds for missed sessions

  • No refunds for lack of results

  • No refunds for failure to follow the program

Access to online coaching materials may be revoked if payment obligations are not met.

3. In-Person Training Sessions

Refunds for in-person training sessions are subject to a separate cancellation policy, which will be communicated prior to booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable

  • Late cancellations may result in loss of session credit

4. No Results Disclaimer

WES FIT Training LLC does not guarantee specific results. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with progress, results, or personal expectations.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WES FIT Training LLC is a violation of this Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks

  • Suspend or terminate access to services or products

  • Recover associated fees and costs

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion. Approval of a refund in one instance does not guarantee refunds in the future.
